Just received a threatening phone call while at work about owing money to someone I dont even know. First the man said his name was Richard Spencer, then when I asked again what his name was he said it was Walter Jones and if I did not cooperate with him he would be sending out an FBI investigative team to my place of employment. First off the man was foreign and I could hardly understand him and like most of you the noise in the background was so loud it sounded like this man was at a carnival or something.
says I have loan. even confirmed the last four digits of my SSN and my work place correctly. well, i'm confused. i definetely have no loan. but how does he know so much about me? scary.
I CANNOT UNDERSTAND THIS PERSON WHAT SO EVER, NOT ONLY THAT BUT THERE IS SOME KIND OF BACKGROUND NOISE THAT MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO EVEN HEAR THE PERSON LET ALONE UNDERSTAND THEM.
