Called my cell phone at 1:25 PM. I don't answer strange phone numbers. They didn't leave a message.
I blocked the number with Avira's free antivirus app.
Calling - leaving no messages, but calling, calling. The CID says "New York", and my phone is (a) unlisted (b) on the NY State and Federal do-not-call list. I can see this is a very active spam/scam call, probably spoofed, but maybe not. Still, it's not a 800 number, they have no relationship with me, and I have no debt, so strike 3, they are pure law-breaking invaders of privacy and scammers. Duly reported (to Do Not Call and CFPB, which is actually taking action against such sleazy mills).
