I got a call from this number. They said I had a really bad virus-which I do the Trojan.Kotfer!gm2 which I got after buying some downloading software from a seller on Ebay who afterwards went off line. This is a horrible virus that keeps having to get quarantined by Norton every hour in which I have to restart. They said they were Windows tech support to fix the virus. Obviously they are the ones who gave me the virus. So they have access to my info obviously.

This number called me from an unknown number. I asked for the persons name and a number I can reach her at in case I got disconnected. She told me I had a virus on my PC and was calling from Windows tech support.. I have an Apple computer.. I don't own a single windows product. I told her she needs to stop scamming people and Im going to report them if they call me again. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
Caller advised he worked for Windows and that I had a virus on my computer. I asked which one and he was stunned. Then I asked him to tell me my location and he was more confused. He could not even tell me my name. I asked for his call back number and this is the number he gave. I told him I would call back if I ever needed him, ba ha ha.
HaHa ... I love messing with these people when they call. They get so angry with me over the phone. I'm not sure what their end game is but don't give them access to your computer. One of them told me they were going to remotely shut down my computer and lock me out. Haha, this is too funny.
These people charged me $399 for lifetime computer monitoring. Two months later I was told that they wanted to refund my money because they were no longer allowed to be in business. The tried to get me to go to my online banking and western union so they could refund my money. Then they blanked my screen. I immediately shut down the computer. These guys are relentless. They have called dozens of times trying to get control of my computer. I told them to never call again and today I got another call.
