Person was a foreigner couldn't really understand him.  Something about IRS

same here called twice this morning.   Unusual phone call. Ask the foreign gentleman if this was indeed the IRS.  Didn't answer

Left 2 messages that a lawsuit was being filed under our name and we should call them back before being turned over to the local county. Could not understand what they said the name was

a foreign man said his name was David Marshall And he was from the IRS told my parents that there were 4 federal charges against them and they were going to be audited.  Said they owed over $5000 and how would they like to pay for that!

This is a scam.  The are not the Internal Revenue Service.  Don't give any info!
