Got a text message from this number (I pay for those, they aren't cheap) telling me I won a $1000 Best Buy gift card and to type some stuff into some website. I don't know if this is related, but I have also been receiving three calls a day (at minimum, weekends included) from a number that is blocked, they left a message only once. It was mostly mumbled, barely adequate English with a heavy accent. AT&T says they can't block calls from 'private' numbers, so they're no help.
