I think in todays times it is terrable that we have this third world [***] over here scamming us if i had the power i would send all of this third world [***] back to the sewer's they come from
This number keeps calling my work. Today the person is saying his name is Frank Davidson. A few weeks ago it was a different name but it was the same voice. I didn't answer it and it went to my voice mail stating that I needed to call him or he was going to take legal action on me.
They called saying I owed a payday loan. I told them to F Off! They tried to go on and I just started cursing them, they momma, their cow, and all. They hung up on me! God Damned [***]!
I have been getting calls on a regular basis from the same person and i think he is Indian or Asian and he uses different names and phone numbers but it is the same person which is very hard to understand . He claims i owe him $235.00 and he said he sent a cashiers check of which my bank , Summit Credit Union or i never received during the years of 2010 or 2011 . My wife opens all our mail and at know time did she receive any money or check from a loan company nor did my bank . Also my bank has no record of me cashing a check or cashiers check during 2010 or 2011 . The caller claims to be from Trans-Financial America and claims to be an Attorney and a officer .
He uses different names and phone numbers . ( Mike Davis 347-349-7336 ) (Brad Tellsen , i think ,same number ) ( Brad Nelson 718-606-7799 ) ( John Pitts 347-349-7336 ) ( Officer Paul White 704-240-5002 + 2323 ) but it is the same guy . If i never received any money how do i owe him or his company any money . If i would have received the money i would repay it , but i didn't and never did .
When i first revived their call i sent mike Davis $50.00 earnest money and as i found out latter was a mistake in judgement on my part . I want my my $50.00 back but they refuse . Can you help me . Thank you
Wow I'm so glad I googled this number. Same here this Mike guy called advise me that he's from a law firm and will F..k my life up if I do not repay a pay day loan that I have never received. He claims that he has my social sercurity number and banking info. Which makes no sense, he then advise me he will contact my job about this matter. So at this time I became very angry and told him to go f..k himself with a sick D..k and hung up. But looking back at it now he probes for info like your address and work info and banking account numbers. If I applied for a pay day loan why would you mail me a check [***] by the time I get it I would be paid. Dumb [***] so i have also contacted the FBI and the FTC.
Yup, the same STUPID MFkr that sounds Pakistani and/or Indian called me and warned me that his call was being FEDERALLY RECORDED, Fng [***]! He said he was an attorney name XXXX Shaw, and this same fukr has called b4 using a different name. I told him my calls were being traced because of scams like this and I told him FU and hung up on the stupid SOB mthr fkrs! The number is the same as above...347-349-7336, they need to be STOPPED!
