Who called from 3473528646

There is a scam out there where when you say yes it is recorded.  The scammer then inserts the "yes" into what ever it is they are selling and you are on the hook for it.  Instead of yes say something like "no".

Called no message

called 830am! no vm

Been calling and calling. Called back no answer

This number keeps calling me.  I googled the number and read that it is associated with a scam. How do I report this number?
