Text message arrived from this number after I posted car on autotrader web site. Asked me to email him with basic info already in the ad. Told me he was on a ship at sea, wanted to use Paypal to send me the money, and he would have someone pick up the car. A quick search showed that this is a common scam. He will claim to send the money, send a spoofed Paypal email, say he paid too much for some reason, and ask me to wire transfer money back. Of course the Paypal transfer never occurs. Beware. (I'm not impressed that autotrader published my cell phone number and email address, either.)
