I did get a call from these people threatening to throw me in jail if I don't pay the money I owe for a payday loan, which I didn't get through a company that they mentioned.
I recieved a call from this number saying his name was officer Michael Fernandez, and there was a warrent out for my arrest from not paying back a loan from cash advance usa. I never applied for a loan from this or any other fast loan places. They said an account number to me, I told them my bank records would prove that i never recieved cash from them. He threatened to pick me up and arrest me. I told him to come and get me with the proof that i recieved money from them. He kept on threatening me. I hung up on him after telling him never to call me again. He called a total of 3 times.
