I had the same conversation yesterday, March 7, 2011. The guys name that called me was Barney Smith. He proceeded to tell me that he is filing a lawsuit against me for no obeying the restrictions on a payday loan. First of all the payday loan that he was referring to I have not done business with them. Secondly, I asked him to provide the date that this money was wired into my account along with the loan number. He told me that he did not have that information. Well everyone reading this knows when law firm is obtained for unpaid debt that he would have all of this information. Does this man think that I am an idiot and was born yesterday? Nothing against any of the blonds out there cause I am too but these type of calls are just getting out of control with all of the scams taking place. I don't see how people like this can sleep at night. I will not judge him cause the Lord is the one to do this and I don't think He is too happy with people like this.
I received multiple calls from this number threatening me saying I need an attorney? I dont owe anyone why are they calling me I think its a scam I'm not sure. They also said if I don't return a call they wish me the best of luck while this all unfolds. That's so funny when theres nothing to unfold. Lol
I just received a call from this number telling me they are the Law Firm of Kings County. Saying I owe on payday loans and they are doing an investigation. That I need to pay the loan or they are going to take legal action. As well as a phone call yesterday tell me pretty much the same thing but to call another number and get information and I committed a crime and criminal charges are being pressed against me for check fraud, theft by deficit order and something else its all scams just dont answer any phone numbers you dont know or out of state or unknown. I call my states attorneys office about this and thats what they told me.

I just received a phone call from unknown. Unknown left this number and said I was being sued. Called the number back and they claim a company called Easy Cash Advance gave me money. Not true. I am supposedly being sued because they supposedly deposited money into my account and tried to take it back and couldnt get it back. They want to press charges on me for money I never received. Good luck to them because I have proof, obviously my bank statements, that I never received money. They also claim that theyre going to call my job and let them know of the situation. If that happens this company will have bigger issues to deal with! I am not happy about this and my lawyer is going to contact these [***]! And they had all my info (email, address, phone number, work, ssn, birthdate). Someone is in BIG trouble and it isnt me!
