Its a fake call, a job interview call for USA

i got an a mail to offer job in USA.. (in LIHUA color printing USA.) .I got the viber msg comming from the same number. and mentiond as RANDY GIBSON.

Me too got mail from randy Gibson lihua printing press is it fake

I received an email mentioning the number 347-389-1847 to be contacted on Viber stating that in January 2016 the person by name Randy Gibson would be starting a printing and publishing company with name LIHUA color printing.
Please help me advise whether it is genuiene or fake.
