Called and left a voicemail about the IRS filing a lawsuit against me. I looked up the number and saw that it was a scam but still called back anyway to inform the scammer that I know of the ruse. A fresh-of-the-boat Indian guy picked up and asked for my name to pull up my records and I firmly told him not to call me back ever again and that I was going to give his number to the police. He hung up immediately.
They called several times and left messages that IRS is suing me for non payment and I should call them back ASAP. Well, I called them back, not because I was scared, I knew this was a scam so I wanted to mess with them a little. So someone answered my call and said how they can help me. I told them that I want to pay the IRS, they asked for my name and SSN. I told them my name is Foodie Waters and gave them a fake/made-up SSN. Then they asked for my credit card. I asked how much am owing, and they said $2426, so I said I want to pay in cash and in person. the guy hung up. I called back again two days later and they answered, I asked again how much am owing and the guy said $3K, so I asked for mailing address to mail them a check, the guy was stalling and eventually said they don't accept mail so I asked where they are located so that I can stop by their office to pay the amount. the guy started cussing me out. called me a muther [***], that he is coming to [***] my wife. I said ok that he should come and [***] my wife that I will be waiting for him; and that while am waiting for him to arrive, I will prepare a delicious meal for him. the guy kept cussing me, even telling me that I have a small dick and all. So I said yea I have a small dick, and his point was what? He didn't know what else to say so he hung up. Anyways, when he was cussing me out, he kept telling that he is a member of ISIS and was speaking in Arabic?? language. He said that he is in Afghanistan (lives there, I guess). His English was horrible and with a deep accent. I told him to go [***] himself before he hung up on me.
Yes same here, they called my poor sister scared her to death. Instructing her to stay on the phone while she went to Kroger to do a transfer for $1400. That is she didn't pay immediately they would have her arrested because they already have a warrant for her arrest. I tried to call them and they will not answer for me at all. Scammers
