Scam call. Case #CF93271, same as everyone else. Said I defrauded the IRS between 2010 and 2015 - had my current address. Lady on phone butchered my name and could give no specifics. When I asked to speak to her supervisor to get more info, she ended the call.
Message claiming to be IRS and said h that a criminal lawsuit had been filed against me. Case #CF93271. Caller said he was agent Daniel Wienman from IRS legal department. Obvious fraud being how the same case # is listed by several people on sight. The only type of criminal lawsuit I know of comes as a warrant for arrest. I never answer callers I don't recognize. If it's important they will leave a message. Then I Goggle the number, sights like this are great. Thank you my friend.
