this number called me three time after I changed my telephone numbers , so it's only square to say they are connected and they are abusing their connection authority. Their name is the education authority, same type of aliases Education - their rationale is to give them your new number so they can take it off their system. How nice - then I just gave up my number . But watch out they use many education first words in their scheme.
I also received quite a few calls from this number 347-390-2089 it's some education scheme but I have reservations about its true motive.
Here is a true story about this number: I had a different number sometime ago where I was receiving calls from the above number , I then paid to change my number and the problem stopped for some time.
Here it has started again today 2-12-13-same caller I got three calls already.
So now I am going to the big dogs because I can see the connection and the scheme.
