Same thing, been called three times from this number and every time I answer it's the same recording about an IRS lawsuit. Definitely a scam. AFAIK, the IRS will send out a certified letter before they would ever call you.
Just received the fake "IRS has filed a lawsuit against you" call from this number. IT IS A SCAM! Do not return their call, and do not give them any information under any circumstances. The IRS will not contact you via phone, and the IRS does not sue anyone, ever. They perform audits and send bills. That's all.
This is a 10p% fake call. Tell them you are on a recorded line and they will swear at you and hang up. Block this number if you can so you don't waste your time
