Thanks for sharing all this info. The call I got from this number said exactly the same thing. I've had dealings with the IRS and the did exactly as you had outlined. Funny thing though, my caller ID said N Shore Bottlng

That is because the spoofed the caller ID and used the number of an innocent company.

Third or Forth call from the IRS.  Stating they are going to sue me.
