Report the number to the national do not call regisrty list they will ask for your number or numbers that you would like to be blocked from recieving these unwanted calls , however this person that is calling you like alot of other poeple is using a cell phone only allowing outgoing calls , I did some research and was able to find the individuals name and even where they bought the phone but cant reveal my sources but if you block the number it will stop takes about 2-4 weeks but its better than doing nothing , if they continue to call you can file a complaint with the btter business bureau and the FCC along with ur local court for harasment, be sure to log all the calls and document everything , so when filing ur complaint it will be easier to justify ur complaint with accuracy
They're a "non-profit" so they don't need to take notice of the do not call list. We need to find out the company name and then determine the owner of that company. We can then call his office, home and cell and keep asking him to stop calling us. After a few thousand calls he may pay attention.
