This time the scammer called my HOME phone! The solicitation pitch was difficult to understand, so I just hung the [***] up. So they claim it's for police funding? What nerve! Thanks for the warning.
don't know who the service provider is but anyone can get a phone line today if they pay the money & do not call list tries but con artists don't care about that only way to get rid of them is to block it..they call all hours & I noticed they always have a very well english spoken man who sounds professional they call all hrs day & night I have told them many times to remove me from there call list & ok no problem they say & call again,,the caller ID shows New York NY 347 396 0192...next time I will tell him would love to donate & help how do I do that where do I send the check. Maybe that will end this nonsense cause I have ben getting these calls for years with new technology we can always block calls so no excuse to complain anymore & I just found out how to block calls on my ohone.....BEWARE...I donate to no organization especially over phone I take homeless person & buy him food or something he needs wont give to some organization whose CEO helps himself like Red Cross CEO did giving all donations to 2 twin sisters he was having sex with & bought them everything including apt. in NYC...or I will buy toy for poor kid who doesnt have much in my & that makes me so happy & thank you is all I want maybe a hug or kiss on cheek.
