Scam! Delay in voice then creepy so I hung up & did a search on calls from the 347 area code. They tried to call again & I answered but immediately hung up. Hopefully they get the message that I will NOT engage in any part of their scam. Be wary folks & do NOT engage or confirm personal info or pay anything!!!
