I'm getting a lot of text message from the same number...but I'm getting the same spam from the stupid company velvet list...thats whos sending these texts.
SOB ! I made it a policy not to open any text message that came in from unknown source. I mistakenly open this one. Advertizing for some crap. I wonder if they have the means to know if I actually opened the txt mssg. Is it like opening spam mail? They know it is live email address and send even more?
I always save the number from every spam voice mail and spam txt mssg under "WTF". They always call back. So when I see "WTF", I just delete or not answer. Lots of work but it's the only way I know how to fight back.
I received the same text message from +1 347 400 0844 :
"EVERYONE IS TALKING ABOUT LQ TONIGHT! LADIES FREE ALL NIGHT & GUYS $15 b4 12 / 2 RMS OF MUSIC +$150BOTTLES - SHOW THIS TEXT @ THE DOOR (49St Lexington AVe NYC)"
If a company has to rely on texting and spam (which means they don't have a normal budget for advertising) then my first impression is that they're suckers! (And I'm sorry, I don't think it's a good idea to respond to an offer from a sucker.)
