I had a Ron Ricardo call me too, and a John Smith and stupidly, i thought i owed them money so I gave them my cc#, they got the number wrong so they called again saying it was insufficient and i told them it never touched my bank, and they confirmed they got the number wrong, they double charged me, then kept calling saying they never got the initial payment because it was insufficient. I even went as far as to fax proof and they said they would just pass it to the manager, but then would call later with the same story how they dont know anything and I questioned why they do not document anything electronically that someone has called. It seems the only thing they keep is your cc#.This was October of 2009 and I still get calls every few months, but from different numbers (same company). I got a call last night, couldnt understand the name due to the heavy accent and he told me it was a legal matter and they were sending me to court on Aug 13th. I told them I will not pay anything until i have written proof or paperwork and he said they were not a post office and they sent something in Jan 2010. I asked him what he would do if someone just demanded him money with no proof and he said, "that wony happen I take care of all my debts" then started yelling at me. I told him not to talk to me like that and I hung up. I keep track of my credit report monthly and there is nothing of the sort showing up on it, so if you are worried, double check yours too but i see that it is a scam. Also, if you gave them money, change over your account.
First thing this number is calling a business looking for a employee and my employee stated to them that she does not know who they are and if they had any personal business with her they would have her personal number, and asked them to leave her alone and to stop calling her place of work.
I Sandra have on my employee's behalf spoke to Ron Ricardo as well as Chris Gardner have asked them both to stop calling for my employee as well as submitted a fax on business letter head stating that they stop calling here.
Received a call from work today. Matthew Rogers was the caller's name and left a message to call him back.i did not call him back because ive been getting all these spam calls since april 2010. I googled the number and this is where it brought me. PLEASE REPORT THEM TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES AND PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY AS THEY ARE ALL BASED IN INDIA. THEY ARE SPAM CALLERS TRYING TO STEAL MONEY FROM THE AMERICAN PUBLIC!!
I received a call from this same number yesterday at work, and the guy said his name was Chris Garnder, with a heavy Indian accent. He said that I owe for a payloan, remind you that this same guy called me a few months back and said that he was Boxman & Associates. I looked them up on google and it is a big law firm I spoke with the law firm and told them what was going on and gave them all the numbers he keeps calling from they are trying to trak these fools down. They are scam artist and use different company names. Amiee is right do not send them any money. I think it is family that is doing this because they use different people all the time. Also, I had a co-worker of mine called them back and she gave them a fake name and they told her she owes money for a payday loan and use another name Accerlate Excel.

I received a phone call from Alice of this litigation service on behalf of Accelerated Judgement Services, I was told that I owe for a quick payday loan from Oct 08'. I never in my life would do such a thing. I tell Alice that I would have to look into this and what is the attorney's name who is handling this. She gave me Chris Gardner and his phone number. So I, like an [***] go through bank statements from Sept 08 thru Dec 08 just to satisfy myself and nothing, that's right, I never took a payday loan, was my identity stolen? Maybe, so I called back to ask for account information and nothing is available.
