Same thing as Bert said, almost exactly. She doesn't answer Face Book messages either, didn't try texting her because I don't know her. I friended her because she had some of my same friends so I thought I might know her, but her area code through up a red flag.
This appears to be a "solicitation" of some kind. It may be a "pay for conversation" line? Number gotten from a Facebook posting showing picture of "Jessica" who appears to be an attractive young woman. Doubt either name or photo are real. DO NOT CALL this number.
An Ashley Something added me on facebook and tried to strike up some sort of conversation, only that before I could answer any of her questions, she wrote she had to leave and that I should text her at this number. I don't text people I don't know and this seems pretty shady to me.
Same number being used by "Jessica Kiyabu" as part of a Facebook posting shown with a photo of a very young woman. It is suspicious for a "solicitation" of some kind. Do not call or respond.

i got added on fb and i got loads of flirty comments and then a message saying hit me up on this number
