Received calls on several days from this number. seems to be an auto dialer, as no one answers when I do, and I don't wait for the computer to kick in.
I called the number back to find out the name of the company and of course the phone cut out just after the person said Rx (inaudible). I didn't bother speaking with the person, I just wanted the business name so I can report it to the FTC as I am and have been on the Do Not Call list since it's inception. I've had a ton of calls from various numbers since October or so all from online pharmacies. I have no idea how they got my number since I've never done business with them. I file a complaint with the FTC each and every time I receive a call, even if they call me more than once a day. Eventually the calls stop from that number but start again from a new number. Maybe I'll just sit here and hit redial on my phone. Grrrrrrrrr!
its an online pharmacy scam. I have a feeling they got my number from posting my resume on the various job sites, monster/careerbuilder/hotjobs. You ask them how they got your number and that you don't take any rx drugs and they're quick to let you go.
I had the same experience, and as soon as i said that i was already registered on the DNC list & that i would be reporting them to the BBB they were quick to say they were removing me from their database. I've told them that if i get another call i will be formally lodging my complaint with BBB.
