haha!  Me too!  A "Nick Anderson" was the furthest thing this guy sounded like. I told him he needed to learn his customers names before calling, for self-improvement purposes. He sounded receptive. Lol!

Same call, same scam.  Bill Thomas from Dept of Legal Affairs, who is clearly not "Bill Thomas" but someone of Indian descent.

2 days in a row from 347-414-9211 PARTIAL voice message saying something about legal issues against me or using my name. Voice was a recording, was American English, very official/professional sounding. didn't get company name or person's name since the message didn't start from the beginning

I just received one as well.  Referenced something about IRS action against me and that I needed to call the phone number back.

Got the same call today...sonething about a lawsuit filed "on your name" and that I needed to call them back before they take the matter to the county courthouse.
