This is some call center guy based in India, calling on behalf of an energy provider (poses as a competitor to PSE&G) Do not care about been asked to be put on a DNC list.
I get calls from these guys all the time for either to re mortgage my house or yoga! Seriously they call my cell and house now about fifty times! They refuse to stop!
I received a call from these number identifying themselves as American Mortgage in Melville. The guy had a heavy Indian accent and I was transferred to one of there loan officers. I think these guys are scammers. When you try and call the number its always busy . I provided an email ,DOB and SS so he could run my credit check for mortgage.
