Had a man saying he was an officer calling from some type of United States legal system and that I had a lawsuit against me from a check cashing place and that I owes almost $900 and if I don't use a moneypak to pay them within 45 minutes I would be arrested. Then they tried to say I was a fraud lady. Seriously!? Reported it to my local police, and told that it is a scam. If anyone gets anything like this, do not believe a word!

I just got the same call. "Officer Richard Brown" transferred me to man who dramatically yelled "why did you steal this money miss?!" And told me that because I owed money to some Cash loan place, the police were on their way and I'd be arrested within 30 min. Then he asked me where I was and when I refused to tell him, he just hung up. It's a scam call
I just received a call from this number on my cell phone as well as at my employer. I called them back and told them they are a fruad and reported it to my sheriffs department.
I received a call from 347 416 5134 asking me to call back right away, there was a warrant for my arrest. I called back. Talked to someone by name David Johnson. He said he had a legal warrant with 3 counts of failure to pay off a loan. I asked what company this was for? He would not answer question. He then told me I had 30 minutes to pay this or it would be filed. I replied with "then it must not be real if it isn't already filed" He then said he meant it would be activated. I was not believing this line of lies. He then started getting angry and loud with me. I replied "this must be a scam" He said have fun in jail. I said "yes I will because I run the county jail and couldn't wait to meet him" He hung up on me.
Fast forward 10 days I get another call from 626 270 1514 this time a woman who states she is a deputy and gives her badge number 0897 and her name as officer Kelly. From the State Sheriff County Office of San Diego California. Same type of message "I have complaint against your name please call with in one hour or it will be to late, tomorrow you will be arrested"
I didn't waste my time calling back. Both times the people spoke with heavy accents. They do not use proper names of agencies or follow proper protocol for legal matters.
Please do not give them your info or money. Report them to your local Law Enforcement Agency.
