I got a call saying it was a very important legal matter and that my socials could be blocked and I
would have to appearr in court next week. he says his name is Sam Watson from the legal affidavit
department. I have no idea what he is talking about..........
I've been told by a payday loan company which, I did take a loan and I did pay back, that these people are scammers who are located somewhere in India somehow remotely through the Internet get an American telphone number and purchase confidentail information from some of these payday sites such as SSN#, bank number, etc. They then call the individuals and harrass them saying they have a lawsuite against the individual they are calling and that individual must pay them X number of dollars or they will face dire consequences which include law cases and ???? perhaps something else??? Hate to say it but, perhaps 30 lashings?
Anyway I have become a victim of this due to thsi payday loan I took. I tell the caller to please not call back.

This number keeps calling me asking me for info and stuff about an unpaid payday loan. They have an indian accent and keep talking about legal matters regarding my ssn. Also have somehow managed to contact my friends. Dont talk to them!!!!!
I keep getting these calls at Work, Every Day...It is the harrassing calls saying, they have my name, house address, employer address & my social security number...I would like this to stop as it is a Scam!
