these people are scammers who are calling and making threats saying that a lawsuit as been filed against me and my socials. said his name was corporal john black from Federal Bureau of Identification??? whatever that is. and i need to pay him $794 immediately to resolve this lawsuit and a bag of crap so i hung up the phone. i no longer answer a # i dont know if its someone important then they better leave a message. because these people have # with area codes all over the country
Was wondering if anyone has any ideal where this number 347-418-0224 comes from. Some "freign guy that i cannot understand what so ever is saying something about bein fraudulent about soemthing that was filled out online and taking money and not paying it back and whatever!!! I have no ideal what this guy is talking about! Can anyone shed any light on this for me? Id appreciate it! Thanks
When you get these calls it is a foreign guy posing as an investigator with the federal government saying that you took out a payday loan online. Now he is saying that when the loan was taken out it was defaulted on and they are requiring you to pay or face criminal charges. If you receive these calls you need to go to the FBI web site and file a formal complaint. They scare you into thinking that you are going to be locked up for something that never happened just to get money out of a person. It is a scam...Since when does the government hire foreign people as investigators.
I recd a call from 347-418-0224 claiming to be Officer Nelly with the Federal Legal something. He was hard to understand. But said he was out of Buffalo NY and that they were filing charges against me for lateral check fraud and theft. I asked him to send me something in writing and was told by him that I didn't have that right. When I called the phone # back, the background noise is a bunch of people talking. This person called again and asked for my manager. "Whatever" The more I questioned him, the more mad he got. He has been ringing my phone off the hook all afternoon. He said that the company is " FD Mortgage Cash Loan"
He called me again today making more threats. The local officer called me last night to let me know that these people are now using his name and information when calling other people like me. Illinois and California police departments are getting the same thing. The FBI is being contacted now about this. "Officer Nelly" was very pissed off today when he called me. I have reported him to the FTC
