Just found a prerecorded message on my answering machine. Same IRS/arrest warrant spiel described by others. Enough unusual wording/spacing to sound like "English-as-a-second-language." End of message made me laugh: "Thank you and have a great day."
get a call just about every day from these clowns same thing internal revenue services and that a warrant has been issued for my arrest when tell them I'll be calling the IRS or my lawyer they hang up fast as possible frankly you got to be a no good sorry loser if you need to scam people for money
Exactly, they called me too and said the same thing and am I ready to resolve the matter, once I said ok send me some pao we r work and please explain the matter you're speaking of they hung up...such looser, who has time to try and ruin someone else life

Caller left a message. English spoken like a Middle eastern or Caribbean. Reply was , "Hello" and then, when asked identified himself as "Officer Clark" ..ah, of the IRS". Same as other experiences, warrant to be arrested, documents were sent, but no one home in 2013. Could not use the USPO, because of confidentially of documents, law suit on IRS' behalf, and he wish me a great day...Phone no 347-418.0414. And, the tel message was left at 11:50pm
