Same as above. I called back just to see if anyone would pick up and a heavily accented guy answered "US Treasury". I had no idea the agency had moved to NY
Same experience. Man with heavy accent claiming I had filed an "incorrect tax form", but couldn't give me any specifics. When I hung up I called the number back, and got the same man. That by itself is suspicious, because you can never get the same person back at the IRS.
