Has called place of Business stating that I have a payday loan I owe from 2009, they make threats that they are going to take me to court if I don't resolve this issue. I made the mistake of calling them back and when I continued to dispute the reason for their call, the woman got angry and hung up.I contacted the credit bureau and placed a fraud alert on my credit report.
I have been getting these calls for weeks..they went so far as to tell me that they would take my automobile and that they had a right to break into my home and take things to "compensate" the loss of payment. Finally I called the FBI and Federal Communications to fill them in....then I was nice enough to tell them to stop calling or I would file charges.
These people called me this morning telling me that they were from a payday loan company. They wanted my debit or credit card info for payment. I refused to give that to them and they demanded to talk to my supervisor. I refused to transfer them and they got really angry. They told me that I would not have a job when they finished with me. I ended up hanging up on them but they called back 17 different times. I told my co workers and they cussed at them and said f*** you to them and were very rude.
