whats funny is that i work in a law office that handles such cases. what they say and do is completely ILLEGAL!!
if anyone calls you saying they are an "officer" to collect money from **some random company off your credit report** its crap.
REPORT THEM TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS!! the more people who report them the more likely they are to stop the bullsh*t. EVEN IF THEY ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF BUTT-F**K EGYPT!!

Yes they are scammers, I actually had to tell one of them off because they said apparently I owed money to someone that I didn't even know!! So boo on them!
