Who called from 3474342022

Called me sounded like he was trying to scam me

Call says they are from US treasury saying I've been granted  $9500,then they give you another number to call to get money.

This number calls 2-3x a day, every day, never leaves a message.

They aske me information about me and tell me I won money from the government

I get 2-3 phone calls a day they don't leave a message or if I do answer it, it is regarding Diabetes, I have  asked each one to please take me off of their list .  Nothing seems to be able to get rid of them.  How do I get them to stop calling me?
