Just got a phone call from this number. The representative (clearly not an American) said his name was Jordan Thomas and his ID number is 584179. He said that I should have received notices CP2000 (arrows and miscalculations) and CP11A (outstanding balance) in the mail, which of course I did not. Then he told me that my information will be transferred to police and I will be arrested. Further he explained that our conversation is recorded and will be used against me in court to prove me guilty. Finally, he transferred me to a "senior investigator" whom I "need to convince to," give me a chance. The senior investigator told me that I: "do not sound apologetic" and he does not like that.
