I could hardly understand the person on the phone, and it was regarding tax fraud.  They knew my address.

I got a call saying IRS and that I owed money from Patricia Jones. I called back just because and got ahold of Eric Fosters, they knew my name and gave me a amount I suppose to own. They also gave me a case number. I have got my taxes done by H and R block for the last 10 years so I know it was done properly. I called back 10 minutes later and it said the number was out of order.
