Keep receiving call at work. Says it is for collection of a payday loan. I never received on before. I asked them to quit call my work place. He said that he can call anytime. I told him I will contact my attorney general's office to make them stop calling. He told me to take my attorney general and shove up my [***], [***]...lol...real professional....
just got similar call, while ive have payday loans before scary to know that i am being scammed again. thanks,talked to sam johnson who said all the above, said i was contacting my attorney and he hung up.
Have been getting threatening calls from this company too. I've asked them not to call my work number and they have continued to do so. That is against the law for them to call my work after being told that I can't receive personal calls at work. They also told me that its not their fault if I lose my job or my family. These people are ruthless and very unprofessional and I can hardly understand what they're saying. I filed a complaint with the FTC so hopefully I won't be hearing from them again.
They called my friend. I called & they said I owe them $ from pay day. When I asked to see it in writing he hung up. They said payday said I'm frauding them. They hung up. Very rude. Wouldn't explain anything.
