Richard Smith and an officer of the United nation came to this office and submitted an application for the change of ownership of your two metal trunk boxes to Mr. Richard Smiths name saying that you having giving your consent for the change, That you asked him also to pay for the Storage fees which he came here with which is the only thing holding the release of your two metal boxes, Why I am contacting you is that they did not submit any power of attorney from you that authorize them to do so.
You are required, as a matter of urgency, to confirm the legitimacy of the above claim and kindly give us reason why you decided to effect the above change of ownership. If you are not aware of this claim, please confirm to us immediately.
Due to the long delay, be rest assured that immediately these Storage waiver fees are paid that your consignment we be immediately release to you, Note that we are bound to recognize Mr. Richard Smith claim, if you fail to promptly respond to this inquiry following the Deed of Assignment he submitted authorizing him to claim this boxes.
