I just received a text message from this number.  "You're Approved!  4.49% APR FHA Fixed Rate Mortgage!  3.25% APR Equity Line!  Call Patriot Mortgage Lender NOW: 1-888-525-7775  Appoval Code: d1675".  First of all the should find out how to use spell check: approval.  Beware of unsolicited text messages!
