I just got the same call from some dude saying the I have a lawsuit against my social I knew it was a scam from the jump there was a lot of noise in the back ground like he was at a high school basketball game and he had a thick accent with a common name Peter Jones... crazy
This number was left on 2 different VM to my cell. The male caller tried to disguise his voice. Stated I was a subject in a lawsuit against my social. He then gave the last 4 of my social then gave this 347 area code number and told me to call ASAP to avoid legal action....

I did not realize that this could be a possible scam and therefore, made an initial payment arrangement with the company, but when I was no longer able to stay with the initial agreement I contacted the company. They call me every 10-15 minutes, and it is true there is a lot of background noise.
my sister recived a vm on her phone for me n it was talkin about a loan i had taken out with PCS dont kno wat that is but they told me that if i dint contact the 347 num the i was goning to b in jail n the funny thing about it is they left the voicemail on my sisters phone
