this number just keep calling me and texting me bout how he owes me money and then when i don't take the call or i don't text back he get rude and say truly bad things i really just want him made to stop and i have call law but they say they can't find who it is this is truly crazy
File a complaint with your phone company about it. And yes, LE can, they could work with the phone company and place a tracer on your line.. Your phone service provider can and should place a block on this caller. If its a land line, you can also buy a call blocker, either phone or device.
