Yea I called back and I got a guy name ALEX and when I asked about being taken off the list of calling people because I never asked for a loan for anything he said "[***] you" and hung up. I reported it to the national registry so hopefully this will be investigated
Here is how the scam goes. He listed my property for rent for way below market (at least $600 below with the free utilities he offers) and then tried to take money from unsuspecting victims. Here is the email he sent:
Hello,
I hope this finds you happy, healthy and well today. The house is available for rent. I am currently in MICHIGAN with my family where we work as a volunteer with the Missionary, here is the site (www.missionfinder.org) for more details about why we are here in MICHIGAN. Our lovely home is still available for lease and we want responsible adults/family who are neat and also believe that they have what it takes to take care of our house as if it were theirs. My wife and I initially had it up for sale but had a change of mind in leasing it out ourselves because the agent that was in charge of our rental property was asking too much for an agent fee and also making it difficult for people who cannot afford the rent, stay away from renting my house.
I will be away with my family for at least 5 to 6 years, will be willing to lease it out to person/family who is willing to assure us of taking absolute care of our home and pay their rent on time.I have received some proposals regarding the rent because it is located in a very good area,but I still have to make sure it is rented out to someone who can take good care of it.
Rental Price: $900 per month and security Deposit is $800(Security Deposit is Refundable) Utilities included in monthly rent

NB: You can drive by the home to see its exterior and it's neighborhood and get back to me for further discussion, any sign post will be removed once i get any responsible tenant so you ignore the sign post and don't bother to contact the agents there for any reason, cause i don’t have any agreement with them anymore.As soon as you drive by and if you like the location, get back to me for every other necessary detail to complete the rent.

This guy texted me also claiming he was a realtor. He was on roomies.com but had no rentals listed whatsoever. His listings are non-existant. He was investigated and removed from their site as a scammer. He also uses the email(209)781-8341.
