I got a call from an unknown number  and they left a voicemail saying that myself or my attorney needs to call back immediately at a separate number. I did so promptly because it sounded pretty serious Amanda answered told me his name was Shawn White and that he was with the IRS and that I owed money to the IRS and that I would have to pay it immediately or else I would be going to jail. In a moment of panic I freaked out and use the F word at which point  he became very aggressive and told me that I need to watch my language because I was speaking to an officer he didn't immediately hung up.  I called my parents and ask them what to do I had never been scammed like this before and so I thought that the situation was real halfway through dealing with this and my dad calling him back we all realize that we were being scammed.  He used a separate number that was disguised as a winner your Police Department and he pretended to be a sheriff and try to scare us into paying him. My dad told him that we are at calling the actual cops and that he was going to jail if he didn't leave us alone. I received another very aggressive phone call today with very foul language being used and I tried to call my local police department to see what to do but they told me to just block the number and post something online about it. I'm truly shocked that they are such evil people out there that were trying to scam others like this. Please beware of this number.
