I get this call often so I've started to mess with the caller. I answer, mumble something, then mute the phone. The person on the other end keeps saying "Hello? Hello?" I have a strong international background and believe the caller to have some sort of an accent but not a very thick one. My impression is that it's someone who has lived in the US for many years. The reason I point that out is that the last time this number called, the caller said, "Hello? Hello? This is Sanjeev calling from Chandigarh. Hello?" Chandigarh is a city in northern India, in the region of Punjab, and Sanjeev is a very common Indian name. But again, this did not strike me as a person who actually did live there, because of the accent. Who knows for sure. That's all the info I can offer you, folks.
