I got a call from this # they said they were a lawyer and going to take me 2 court for a loan I got from them! They told me my skocail and wat day I had received it! Thing is I never applied for a loan from them and my bank said they can back it up! They told me they don't care it'll be handeled n court and they would win and the cost would be thousands or I could pay $421 the first time they called they said I owed them $530 I'm a lil scared and hoping thisis a scam cuz I bever received any $
I have received several calls from this number today. I have repeatedly told them that I have never taken out a cash advance and the account they claimed the money was deposited into has been closed since April 2010, however, they claim the money was deposited into that account in Oct. 2010... When I asked for a call back number, they gave me 347-468-8994 and when I tried to call it back, the recording says the mailbox is full....
