Got an e-mail stating I was going to be proscuted for fraud. Gave the name of Robin Johnson to contact at the above number. Never have had any dealings with ACS and this is apparently who it says I owe.
Got an email from ACS, Inc. who claims I owe money for a supposed debt and that I needed to respond within 24 hours to discuss a settlement. Have never dealt with these folks and never gotten anything in the mail from them. I will not call them back since this seems to be a scam and will be referring this to the authorities. Email says it is from William Brown in Legal Collections.
Got a email from ACS at the number 347 474 0166, Some guy named robert Stark collections supervisor. i called the number got a recording to leave message.. Sent a email reply back to them underlining the Fair Debt Act. i have never heard of or done buines with Advance Cash Services. Email was returned.
Hello Gabby I got the same email too. Never heard of or dealt with ACS. I find it interesting they never mentioned name. I called the number some foreign guy answered. Asked him who was he looking for three times he mumbled something them hung up.
