No message, caller id says B. ROOPNAIRANE. Could be same robo-scammer reported for recent unsolicited calls from 347-896-4209, 347-289-3016, 347-704-3596, 347-934-5697, 347-779-2573, 347-704-3609, 347-448-8105, 347-779-2573, ...
Caller indicated that he was collecting on behalf of NY Police Dept/NYPD charities (or something like that). I hung up before I let him finish b/c he has called repeatedly in the past. NYPD NEVER solicits money & NYPD only has ONE associated charity that raises funds for fallen officers & their families -- but NEVER BY PHONE. So this "B Roopaira" is a scam. I'm calling the NYPD Internal Affairs Bureau (212-741-8401) to alert them or be added to the list of complaints.
