I wouldn't answer any calls from this number. Yes, my opinion is based partially upon instinct, but I have also been observing the calls we get during the day for the past six months. Caller ID showed this call was from Awa Doumbya. I did not answer the phone as some telemarketing scams track and document numbers that habitually answer phone calls. Our voicemail message states our number before asking the caller to leave a message. As soon as our voicemail recording played through the phone number to the part where it asks to leave a message at the tone, the caller hung up. Suspect they were tracking.
Cid said Awa Doumbya. Don't know anything about such a person, place or thing. Didn't recognize the number either. Therefore didn't answer. . 4 rings and a hang up. Sounds like a robo call to me.

For me - new number and caller ID: Ny New York (have not blocked it yet)
When I pick up the phone, they immediately disconnected.
So, probably a new SCAM for the same old scammers
