Caller pretending to be from Windows (Microsoft) company. Tried to get me to turn on my computer to pretend to fix error messages. This is a scam to try to get personal account information from you. Do not give any information to these callers!
Caller identified as Carol Smith, tried to get me to give out computer information by giving me a false windows license agreement number saying I needed "security updates." Do not give information out!
