Just got a call. No one responded when I answered. Called back to get a busy signal. My iPhone froze afterward and that has never happened before. Once I got my phone working again, I blocked the number.
This number has called me numerous times on different phone lines. You pick up and say "Hello." and a girl replies "Hello." You reply "Hello" again and she answers, "Hello, I'm sorry, I was having trouble with my headset. My name is Emily and you stayed at one of our resorts recently..." Right about then, you start trying to stop her by saying, "Emily... hello... Emily..." but she doesn't respond because it's a recording. That's when I hang up. I don't know what kind of scam this is, Emily, but I'm not biting! Go jump off the Verrazano Bridge!
