I received a telephone call from a person with a very heavy accent. He told me that I have a lawsuit filed against my SS#. When I tried to ask him who the company was that I allegedly owe the debt to he kept telling me that he did not call from any company he called from the law office of PCS. I again asked the question who was he calling on behalf of, he would not tell me any name, I then told him that I had already reported people like him to the local police the Colorado Attorney General as well as the FCC and that I was currently recording this telephone call and that I would be giving this tape to the Colorado Attorney General so that they could find them and prosecute them for harrassment. He promptly hung up on me.
Received a msg, heavy indian accent, called them back and advised them i filed complaints with the ftc and attorney general...and of my rights per the fair credit reporting act that once i ask them to stop calling they need to comply. unlike previous similar calls from different numbers with same accent (842)512-3265 and (732)719-5170, he said ok and hung up. PLEASE report these clowns.
A person by the name of william called and advise if I don't pay for the loan I was givin in April of 2012, they are going to take me to court. I advised them the police was contacted, then they hung up. SCAM SCAM SCAM
Got a call from Xavier Wingster HEAVY indian accent as well said there were 3 lawsuits filed againsst the my soc sec #.... He said he spoke to the local poice dept and I was a generous woman ...like they'd ever give out that or ANY information! I told him I'd call the attorney general's office and he said go ahead I owed $852 but they would settle for $311. Cmon.. now when i try to call them back one # is a verizon wireless cell, and the other plays music until it hangs up!
